Message I went with the Kaixen kit from Charles@Powertrix, 4300k, any scattering was negligible compared to the Silverstar Ultra bulbs I was running before.

Make sure it's aimed correctly using the FSM, they give specific tolerances on where it should be, I think you can adjust it manually against a flat wall at about 20ft iirc.

The cut off is obviously not gonna be crisp as factory setups, but let me just say it provided 10x better lighting utility than any halogen bulbs. The 4300k was tad whiter but still very factory looking.

Bottom line is you will not have to worry about glare or scatter effects for typical night time driving.
